Requirements for contributions
Each submission should contain:
- a title of the presentation format of your choice
- name, addressm email contact information, institutional affiliations (if any)
- a 250-words abstract/outline
- a 100-words biography
- a specification of technical requirements. Please be aware that particularly complex technical/facilities requirements may not be able to be met by the conference.
N.B.: please check further requirements specific to each presentation format on our website. Please include your surname as the first word in the pdf-file name. Please do not send any additional documents beyond the material requested above.
